What we collect - Account details you give us: name, email, phone, city. - Content you submit for checks: messages, links and UPI IDs you paste into Scam Check, and lender names you verify. - Fraud reports and evidence you upload, and messages exchanged with advisors. - Financial health inputs you choose to provide (income, EMIs, savings, credit score).

How we use it - To provide verification, scam detection, recovery casework and wellness features. - To build anonymised fraud intelligence — for example, flagging a UPI ID that appears in several reports. We never publish your identity. - If AI features are enabled, submitted content may be processed by our AI provider solely to generate your result.

What we never do - We never sell your data. - Employers on corporate programmes see only aggregated, anonymised metrics — never your individual finances, checks or cases. - Lenders and partners never receive your data without your explicit consent.

Your rights You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@creditsafe.in. Evidence files are stored encrypted and are only accessible to you and your assigned advisor.
